They are up but I think that they might have more than the max.
connections up... I was having problems with both video and audio but I
did get a audio up after a few tries..It is working as we speak..though I
would rather video. 
The audio feed was working, but then stopped.
I'm currently at the conference. The audio feed is up. The video feed is
not up yet due to some cable problems. It should be up by noon. They just
announced that the videos will be converted and made available for viewing
