  Since we aren't talking about random pirated content, but p2p streaming from a major content provider it would obviously be point & click.

Yes, in which case Jane + Thatho don't need to worry about device compatibility, especially if the device is a major brand like Apple TV, an established gaming console or an established smart TV.
