Yes, it seems subsection ©(2)(b) gives them cover, perhaps it’s time that this is revised, less the Internet content become moderated by a small group of private platform owners.
Internet providers have always been able to regulate who their customers are…that’s why criminals have such a hard time finding a provider to host their platform. It’s why the kkk and nazis have a hard time finding a place to host their crap.
This is no different except that they’ve allowed it, and defied their own rules up until now.
