We've used them extensively in our network for years (we have about 2,600 of them in the network). They actually used to be Ceterus devices (it's possible that Hatteras merged with Ceterus or something, but I'm not up on my vendor acquisition current events). We mostly use the UTS 810 and UTS-900 models. To be honest with you they work fine, but once something goes wrong, it's pretty bad because they are kind of flaky. We've had to simply reboot a lot of them to get the problem fixed, rather than actually figuring out what is really wrong with them and fixing that so it doesn't happen again. We get lots of trouble tickets for speed issues from customers who have them on their circuits, that's for sure. If I were you I'd probably go with Aktino products. We have a ton of those too, and I've never really had a problem with them.
Thanks,
