Yes, but does MAPS have the resources to enforce the contract?
Technologically, it's fairly easy to enforce, and we have the contractual abilility to do so.
We also do not seem to lack for lawyers 
With 3 federal lawsuits against MAPS pending, you probably may
have to send all of them to the front lines.
