RADB service outage


It seems Merit's RADB service is not working.

Both Web and command-line accesses aren't available. On the Web, it
only returns the following string: "Number of objects found: 1" On the
command-line, nothing is returned.

Not only us but also other folks here in Japan are affected.

If someone from Merit sees this, please take a look at the system and
take appropriate action.

Apologies for the RADB downtime. Service was down
from roughly 7:45PM - 8:51PM EST last night. We've been
having some issues due to heavy querying from
a PlanetLab project and are currently working
with them to resolve the issue.
