RADB not accepting updates?

Has anyone had success updating the RADB this afternoon?
  I haven't.

It took about 12 hours to process my update yesterday. Much of that time
seemed to be spent stuck in mail queues.

There were some intermittent problems with mail on RADB today. All should
be well now. Let us know if have any more difficulties with this.
