The European and Asian subsidiaries - which were not covered in the
filings - are expected to continue to operate independently, as before
the filings. The Company believes that these subsidiaries have sufficient

Nice, objective source :). I do know of someone who has a T1 to them for
the past 6 months or so, and are not terribly pleased. It seems that
laying off most of your tech staff can in fact, affect business...
