proper list for net abuse discussions?

Whats the best list for discussing network abuse eg cracking attempts,
denial of service attacks, etc? Eg one with network operators on it who
will actually take action when notified.

Shouldnt that be cracker-tracker. It might be excusable for techology
illiterate journalists to misuse the term "hack" but its inexcusable for
computer professionals.
