Wow, this article is so phenominally inaccurate hat it is almost silly. I
wonder who all of the rest of my peering sessions are with if there are
only 20 or so providers connected to NAP's.

Well I think NAP's is referring to more then just 1 NAP. There are under 20
providers connected to say 4 or 5 major NAP's.
