I'm now (at least) the second person to be spammed by Scott Davis
with XO, who is mining the nanog list looking for marks.
I'ld recommend that those of you who do business with XO ask to
not having anything to do with Scott Davis. Hopefully losing
a few accounts will reeducate him into more ethical business
practices.

At least the third. I sent a reply to him stating that I never ever
do business with spammers and recommended that he cease and desist
immediately (should have sent complaint mail but got pulled into a
meeting and forgot about it until just now).
Original email with headers gladly provided to any XO management types
who may be lurking on the list
Perhaps people should post an as-path regex that will filter out
this spam?
I believe I got one also from someone at XO and i did get
a response from abuse@ saying they were educating the
person but .. <conspiracy-theory-mode-on> that could just be cover
to prevent them from being blacklisted</conspiracy-theory-mode>
