Do any Exchange Points operate NTP Stratum 1 or 2 clocks for participants to
sync off of? If not, it might be a good service to provide at an IX. There is
a good list of GPS based NTP servers at:

PAIX has two stratum 1 clocks in the facility: clepsydra.dec.com, and
clock.isc.org. Both are "public" clocks, run by customers of PAIX.

Clocks are pretty cheap these days... I bought a Datum 2100L and had it
working in a few minutes. For those that need timing info, they now
have a version that uses CDMA cellphone technology
