NOC Personel Question (Possibly OT)

Sorry if this is OT but we are having a discussion with our HR
department. We are in the process of getting a 24 X 7 NOC in place and
HR has a problem with calling them NOC Specialist. What is the
generally accepted title?

Interesting marketing problem.

I like to use NOC as the 'group' and then assign people titles that
"fit" the responsibilities and skill levels developed through
organization.

Network Engineer
Systems Engineer
Security Engineer
Net/Security/Systems Technician

This is the least of your issues in developing a new NOC. Good luck.

Best,

Marty
