Could a clueful AS1299 engineer please drop me a line? Dealing with the
Level 0 technicians that are offered to IC clients is completely useless in
diagnosing a rather serious issue.
rr@telia.net is a good place for routing/policy-related inquiries, or
carrier-csc@teliasonera.com for more time-sensitive issues. Both can
provide a quick escalation path to clue and enable.
