Is the radb login page supposed to be TLS1.0 only?

This is with the latest version of Firefox.

I also noticed that the registration page is plain http/non TLS.

I'd hope that it's not supposed to be that way, but I'm seeing the same thing with chrome on win10 and firefox on debian 9, so it's not just you.
