Massive AT&T outage?

Anybody have any insight into what’s happening to AT&T? Internet Pulse is showing almost their entire network having massive problems.

and folk like chase bank have their nameservers behind a single provider link. does no one learn from the microsoft/hotmail dns outage?

I just checked the Internet Pulse page now (1 pm CT), and nothing shows up for the last hour, but for all three metrics something does show for the 4-hour view.

And if you check AT&T’s website (http://ipnetwork.bgtmo.ip.att.net/pws/current_network_performance.shtml), there’s no hint anything ever happened. Amazing how that works. =)
