On Saturday the 14th, a mail loop caused a disk partition to fill up on
the RADB server machine. It appears that any transaction sent to the RADB
between 17:00 and 23:58 EDT on 10/14 was not processed.
If you sent in a transaction to email@example.com during that time and did not
receive a positive acknowledgement from the database software, then you
should re-send the transactions.
