Can anyone shed any light on what is going on at
Level3/Genuity this morning. All we're getting
from the helpdesk is "emergency planned worked" but it
seems to migration work. Its a complete joke.

yes, they successfully managed to blackhole US transit routes in Europe

I dont have an explanation yet but we saw some routes disappear at 4.30 GMT and
they came back at 8.15 GMT.
