IXC has a fiber cut in Southeastern Michigan that is affecting a
number of service providers in our area.

The cut is 4.5 miles out of Pontiac, MI, and is affecting
some 800 service. Their technicians are enroute to splice, and the
Sean/Claus FTL sled was NOT seen in the area.
