Another desparate cry for help...
Could some high-ranking person from Exodus please drop me a note
(privately)? I have an issue (seemingly simlpe) that has gone on for 4
days without resolution, despite numerous calls and e-mails to your
support staff, and numerous broken promises that followed.
My deepest appologies for contributing to the static of this list.
Unfortunately, I see no viable alternatives.
