Does anyone have a contact for Frontier Central PA OSP contact?
There is a line that has been down for over 8 months that I have been unable to get them to hang.

I normally like to talk directly to the manager, rather than raise a PUC fuss when possible, but Frontier seems to change GMs like they change underwear.
