On Thursday traffic was backed up around my house. A contractor installing
fiber along the highway bored through a 24inch water main. You can see

disruptions near your house tonight, huh? We know how you work now. 
Is this a classic case of do unto others? Water main cut by fiber optics backhoe
instead of vice versa!
