As I am not an native english speaker there may be modifications of
the text necessary to more truely reflect the intent. The EEPG ToR
was discussed at the RIPE meeting Jan 24-26 and it was expressed some
concerns that the text was too authorative in its style which was not
in concert with the actual status of the EEPG. I will be at the
reg-tech meeting arriving at Sunday afternoon to San Diego.
