Telehouse London started as a Banking DR centre, so would probably meet your
needs. Otherwise, there's Interxion, which claims to have all sorts of security
certifications. The other usual suspects are also available in London - Level3,
Equinix, C&W, etc...

As the CTO of a financial company with multiple data centers in London, I would recommend Equinix Slough (or London 4) site. They have a website setup just for Financial firms. http://financial.equinix.com/

I've got space in both Telehouse and Equinix and would recommend Equinix for someone looking for full service collocation and Telehouse to someone who is looking for network interconnection.

Have a look at Telecity* too, DCs in London, Manchester and Dublin,
others spread out over Europe. Not just colo but a bunch of services
too if you need them. They already serve some financial customers as
well!

Cable and Wireless (who I work for) and COLT (who I used to work for).
The only other place worth considering is Equinix but from a proximity
viewpoint they are just too far away from the square mile.
