Bad timing, I'd seriously have recommended anyone doing this to have gone to
NANOG and the NOTA forum and tour.
They have the best data centre I've been in...

Yeah, that's indisputably true, but not necessarily useful. A lot more
people have the wherewithal to replicate a $25M template than a $750M
template.

True but in terms of layout and ideas of how to make it look its a good start,
and you can probably get something that looks $100m for $25m (maybe a couple
less power plants
