Hi!,

Anyone know, why UUNet and NetCom links suck big time on CIX ?
Any why on the earth there is CIX? They never updated their WebPages to keep
folks updated.

It is (or I should say they believe) not in their best interest to add
capacity.

I am not going to get into this one. I can tell you that I became a CIX
member a long time ago. If I was still in the business I don't think I
would still be a member. :frowning:
