Cisco in bed with the commies!

From: Jon Green <jcgreen@netins.net>

I understand that this is supposed to be a joke on me,
but i'd venture to offer the opinion that it is not funny.

It's way too easy to laugh at something you don't understand.

It's even easier to show how really ignorant you are in the
ways of the world beyond your backyard.

I find it rather sad that at least some professionals in this
forum do not take time or inclination to learn what the
social consequences of their actions are, or what that thing
means for the humanity at large. Sure, it requires some
interest in patently non-techy things like history and
political science.

Did you ever wonder why most people think Internet is a
playground for sexually starved asocial nerds?

Vadim,

I disagreed with you prior on your stance regarding this topic. Your
moralistic stance was commendable, except that it came about as a direct
attack upon a company, and it came through not as something that should be
measured for its merits, but as a personal attack upon that company, and
your firm belief that other companies would never do such a
thing(specifically Cisco).
