Canadian ISP Code of Conduct

Noticed a press release this morning which stated the CAIP (Canadian
Association of Internet Providers) had defined a 'voluntary' code of
conduct for Canadian ISP's. FYI.

Wow. Some really earth shaking items in that code of conduct, such as:

  2. CAIP members pledge to comply with all applicable laws.

I bet that item took hours for everyone to agree on. It sounds like
something out of a Dilbert comic strip.
