Did you google the address? If you did , it would have been very easy to find out.
I did and no street address, just the city.
The cable system landing there is SMW3.
Vung Tau is the city and the system is AAE1.
Street addresses aren't universal in all countries.
I found it. 
And it is probably not a coincidence that the staff at the facility are posed on the beach. The cable goes into a bore pipe on the beach and into the facility. Infrapedia was useful because it allowed me to pinpoint the building. Then I used the building’s owner to get the street address.
