AT&T oddities tonight?

Has anyone else noticed any ususal oddities in AS7018 over the last half hour or so? I saw BGP advertisements flap en masse and we are still experiencing strange connectivity issues that reek of inconsistent CEF tables… Their NOC claims there are no problems.
