Maybe post more details. Those union folks aren’t going to do anything extra…

Union or not, it’s always best to be descriptive when seeking help on a mailing list, especially when involving a huge telecom conglomerate. “I need a global tier 3 engineer” with no explanation or reasoning is a little off-putting, imo.
