Hi, actually netrail is Cogent now.
I think its like 18774cogent or something like that you can find their
number on their front page at
http://www.cogentco.com.
There noc has always been very responsive and helpful to me actually really
above average so they should be able to help.

Netrail was bought by Cogent after it went belly up. Try
their NOC.
