We have a problem reaching Hosts where packtes traverse AS3549 (GBLX.NET)
for instance a hosting in .au [202.174.228.90]

bgp AS path to destination: 8918 3549 4648 2764 9240

is *not* reachable here - looks like there is some kind of filter active

Sorry for bothering the whole list, but as I cant reach the gblx
Mailexchangers and the contact phone number given by whois is only an
0800 (*please* US NOCs ... there are other parts of the world too and
US 0800's are not valid phone numbers here, thank you for paying
attention)

From http://puck.nether.net/netops/800nums.html

This information originated from nanog@merit.edu:

For the record:

  US INTL
1-800 = +1 880
1-888 = +1 881
1-877 = +1 882
1-866 = +1 883
1-855 = +1 884
1-844 = +1 885
1-833 = +1 886
1-822 = +1 887

This is according to Bellcore, a former administrator of the NANP. The
codes on the left are the ones reserved for domestic toll-free services,
and the ones on the right are reserved for the corresponding international
semi-toll-free services. I use "semi-toll-free" to mean that the US
charges are paid by the callee, while the intl charges are paid by the
caller.

{Note to Jared: It looks like you have CGI disabled and as result, the NOC
list is broken. <grin>]
