I’m wondering if anyone from the Amazon Prime team might be hanging around or if anyone has a good contact? We are seeing a number of our CG-NAT subnets getting blocked with the “VPN” error, likely because they are seeing too many customers from the same or similar IP’s. We’d like to talk to them about working through this or a whitelist or something.

Josh,

I responded to Adair off list. Any other ISPs having a geolocation issue (or traffic issues) with Prime Video are welcome to contact me for our engineering alias and I will open a ticket.

I am working to get a direct contact for Geo issues added to Brothers WISP list, but I don’t think today has happened yet.
