Have a look of www.caida.org there [is/was] a netflow collector
package that was pretty good linked from that site.

I tried cflow and other variants and none of them cut the mustard in my
view. We ended up writing our own that polls the router every 5 or so
minutes and dumps it all into a mysql server. Seems to do the trick so far,
but I cant see it lasting out too much longer with newer clients etc.
