Access to BGP-speaking router?

Can I impose on someone else who is running BGP from a cisco router to both the
T1 and T3 backbones for temporary, non-enabled access to the cisco? I'd like to
take a look at what BGP is seeing from another "perspective". Of course, I'd
be happy to reciprocate with access to one of our routers.
