schedule as well, as we are finally back to normal:

Maybe things only got temporarily better? Some customers rerouted traffic
away from that path? *shrug*

The latency you are experiencing in the Bay area is being addressed in the
next few months with an OC12 network. This will provide increased bandwidth
and alleviate some congestion.

Geez, I hope it takes less than a few months to fix...
